@Franco - Definitely a fun flick. I think that's why it still holds up quite well. It never really takes itself all that seriously, even during its serious moments. I miss my 80s movies. :(

Great 80's fun! I love that opening sequence with the Warlock floating above the ground in his dungeon! The visual effects werent the best (especially in the ending with the warlock flying around) but the film is gory and fun and I love it's supernatural angle. This one is gory, like 80's movies where gory, I miss that freaking gore!

@Chris - A lot of films use that aspect. WARLOCK touches upon it, but it could have been explored more. As for your question, I prefer WARLOCK. I do like OMEN III though. Haven't seen it in a while, actually.

@Gio - I have yet to see any of the sequels. I believe III is on Instant Watch, but not II. I will check it out though since so many seem to love the second one.

It's just a shame that the fish-out-of-water aspect was used in Beastmaster 2 and Masters of the Universe.
